Privacy notice

Last updated August 10, 2026

This notice explains how Astrel handles information on this marketing, services, and educational-articles website. It does not describe a future patient portal or clinical record system.

Information you choose to share

When you request a consultation, you may provide your contact details, location, your child’s age range, the communication concern you want to discuss, optional notes, preferred times, and an optional response about service budget.

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand whether Astrel may fit your family’s needs, arrange next steps, prevent misuse, and improve our inquiry process. Inquiry data is stored with Google Firebase and retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal and operational obligations.

Booking calls and messages

When you submit a booking request, you agree that Astrel may call or text the mobile number you provide about that request, including through an automated booking assistant. Smallest.ai processes the number, your first name, your preferred times, and your timezone to place the requested confirmation call. Astrel does not send your concern, optional note, child’s name, or child’s age to that calling service. The assistant discusses booking logistics only; the Astrel team confirms the final appointment.

Privacy-limited analytics

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog remain off until you choose Allow analytics. They receive a generic page type, an opaque content identifier, and value-free interaction and experiment events. They do not receive search terms, form answers, contact details, free text, child age, concern, country, or budget responses. During the current browser-tab session, Astrel also keeps campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing path, and the referring site so those first-party attribution details can be attached to a consultation request if you submit one.

Clarity and PostHog session replay are limited to the homepage and the general Articles and Services overview pages. Replay may include the publicly visible content and destination links selected on those overview pages. It does not run on condition-category pages, individual articles, individual service pages, account or booking pages, or URLs containing query parameters. Input values are explicitly masked, and replay network request and response bodies and headers are removed. Advertising storage, Google Signals, ad personalization, and URL passthrough are disabled.

These providers process analytics data under their own notices: Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement, and PostHog Privacy Notice.

Your choices

You can decline analytics when the choice panel appears or use Privacy choices in the footer at any time. A withdrawal stops future collection and removes the analytics cookies this site can access. Global Privacy Control defaults analytics to off.

Security, retention, and requests

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Analytics retention follows the settings in Astrel’s GA4, Clarity, and PostHog projects. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
